Black Badge Cullinan Series II

An expression of authority. A pursuer of limitless adventure. Imagined for the bold, brave, and fearless who traverse without inhibition, day or night.

Black Badge Cullinan Series II represents a new dawn for Rolls-Royce. For the first time, it transcends from the darkness and moves into the light.

BLACK BADGE FASCIA

To further differentiate Black Badge Cullinan Series II, subtle interior changes have been made to the Fascia. The ‘Cityscape’ Illuminated Fascia (L2U) features the Infinity Symbol synonymous with Black Badge. The Spirit of Ecstasy Clock Cabinet includes a dark chromed SoE sculpture matching to the exterior fitting. As standard, the Black Badge clock has its hands finished in red. The Enhanced Clock Face (RA4) remains optional on Black Badge Cullinan Series II.

SPIRIT DIGITAL INTERFACE

Featured for the first time on a Black Badge model, SPIRIT digital architecture of luxury offers a darker interpretation of the contemporary digital surfaces in Black Badge Cullinan Series II. The following shows the base SPIRIT digital interface which remains identical in both day time and night time mode. The 3D vehicle model in the CID is now also matched to the exterior paint color of the car.

EXTERIOR CHANGES

To further differentiate Black Badge Cullinan Series II, additional exterior changes have been made. At the front of the car, the lower air intake is deeper and darker with a unique orientation to the vanes. The stainless steel bar in the grille contrasts with the dark chrome pantheon and joins the daytime running lights to create a horizon line across the front of the car, emphasising its width. Being Black Badge, the horizon bar can be optionally specified in dark chrome (RBL).

At the rear, the lower valance has a distinct and dynamic styling, working with the more accentuated bumper profile and exhaust finishers to create an elegant and sculpted new appearance.

From the side of the car some of the key updates to Black Badge Cullinan Series II are clear. Firstly, the lower part of the rear tailgate spoiler* and all lower body surfaces, including sills and lower front and rear bumpers, are now body colored. This has the effect of giving the car increased volume and stature as well as visually lowering the vehicle slightly adding further dynamism. Additionally, for Series II, we have added black painted door handles for the first time which work beautifully with the existing features to complete Black Badge Cullinan Series II’s darkened aesthetic.

NEW WHEELS

A new 10 spoke 23″ forged wheel design has also been created for Black Badge Cullinan Series II. This beautiful part polished wheel uses carefully orchestrated interplay between polished, painted, and negative surfaces to create a bold and dynamic new look. This wheel is optional with the existing Black Badge wheel remaining the standard offer.

We are pleased to announce that the 23″ Winter Tires will be available to order from Start of Production (SOP) via Ownership Services.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.

Posted Notice Requirement

Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties

Civil and Criminal Penalties

As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.

Required Written Notices

If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
